Charles Price has 15 years direct experience in the hedge fund industry and in particular,
fund raising. He is also the Managing Partner of Palmer Capital LLP (“Palmer Capital”),
a diversified capital raising business for global investment funds serving the interests
of institutional investors. Palmer Capital has placed in excess of $10bn since the
inception of the business in 2001. Charles obtained an honours degree from Brown
University.

Nick Hannan was previously Head of Research for LCF Rothschild (London) Asset Management
(“LCF”), an alternative asset management business with US$3.6bn AUM. Nick was primarily
responsible for European Capital Holdings, a fund of funds with US$1bn AUM. While
at LCF Rothschild, Nick was involved with the selection of new managers, performing
due diligence and on-going monitoring of managers investing in Europe and Asia,
with particular responsibility for quantitative systems as well as the development
of tailor-made portfolios.
Nick studied Property and International Finance at City University Business School,
and began his career as an Emerging Market equity analyst with SBC Warburg in 1996,
before joining LCF in 1997.
Kathy Jackson

Kathy Jackson is responsible for the operations and administration of the funds
and has been with Oakley companies since 2004 when she joined the Oakley Capital
Corporate Finance team. She joined Oakley Absolute Return in July 2005 on the launch
of the Fund and has been the Chief Operating Officer since January 2007. Kathy qualified
with Arthur Andersen as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 having worked in their Tax
division.
Kathy specialized in the Tax requirements of High Net Worth individuals. During
1999 – 2003 Kathy worked within the Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young advising
on M&A transactions in the TMT and Consumer Products sectors. Kathy obtained her
SI Diploma in December 2005.
Caroline Abensour

Caroline Abensour is responsible for business development and is the primary contact
for investor relations. Caroline has over eight years experience in corporate finance
and capital markets with a particular focus on the derivatives space. In 2001, Caroline
started her career at JP Morgan in London where she was involved in LBO financing.
Caroline then moved onto the hedge fund industry at BNP Paribas in 2004 in London,
and Dresdner Kleinwort in 2007 as a hedge fund sales Director with a focus on equity
and credit derivatives. Caroline obtained an honours degree from HEC Paris with
a master's in finance and economics.
Teun Johnston

Prior to joining Oakley Alternative Investment Management Teun Johnston was Co-Head
of Investments for the Amundi AI Group. In December 2000, Teun joined Amundi AI
SAS - London Branch as a Senior Investment Analyst focusing on the initial and ongoing
due diligence of European and Asian based hedge fund managers. From 1994 to 2000,
Teun worked at Arthur Andersen in various capacities, including being a member of
the Financial Services Practice Group in London and the Hedge Fund and Venture Capital
Audit Practice group in San Francisco.
His last position at Arthur Andersen was as Manager of the Audit Team focusing on
European based hedge funds.
Teun obtained a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering and Management from
the University of Manchester (1994). Teun is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales.
Craig Gleave

Craig Gleave is the primary contact for daily operational issues and is responsible
for performing on-site due diligence on potential funds. Craig was previously a
Senior Analyst and Head of Fund Control in the Investment Management Division for
Lehman Brothers where he established the middle office fund control function.
Craig began his career at the Bank of New York, after graduating from Heriot Watt
University with an MA Dual Honours degree in interpreting and translating (French
and German).

Fabio Cortes was a Managing Director of Amundi AI in London where he was Portfolio
Manager and Senior Investment Analyst focusing on European hedge fund manager selection
with a special emphasis on Fixed Income Arbitrage, Global Macro and Systematic Trading
strategies. Prior to joining Amundi AI in January 2006, Fabio began his career at
the Bank of England in 2000 as a research analyst in the Financial Stability area.
In 2003 he moved to the Bank's Foreign Exchange Division as an asset swap dealer
and fixed-income analyst.
Fabio has published articles in the Bank of England's Quarterly Bulletin and Financial
Stability Review. Fabio graduated from the University of Navarra in 1998 with a
BSc (Hons) in Economics. He also earned a Diploma (Higher Education) in Accounting
at Hull University in 1999 and a Master's Degree (MSc) in Finance & Investment at
Durham University in 2000.
James Mills

Prior to joining Oakley, James Mills was an Associate at Amundi AI in London where
he was part of the strategy team responsible for covering Long/Short Equity and
Event Driven hedge funds in Europe and Asia.
James is a CFA charterholder and he holds a BSc in Business Administration from
the University of Bath.
Adam Miles

Adam Miles works as part of the operations team carrying out daily operational duties
including operational due diligence work on potential investments. Adam previously
spent three years as a Fund Analyst within the Fund Accounting division at Northern
Trust, during which his responsibilities included valuations, reporting and manager
liaison across a spectrum of different fund types.
