The sale of BIS, the independent data centre operator, to Six Degrees Group (6DG), completes another advisory role in the hosting sector for Oakley Capital Corporate Finance (“Oakley”).  With 200 customers and 30 staff, BIS provides corporate hosting and private cloud services from datacentres in Central London.
