Outsourcing of the capital raising and investor relations functions allows investment managers to focus purely on investing.

Palmer is responsible for:

  • Development of fund marketing plan, consulting on all aspects of fundraising including fund terms, fees, optimal client base, competitive landscape, marketing literature and transparency.
  • Introductions to pre-screened appropriate investors, oversight of roadshow process logistics, and management of all follow-up.
  • Management of the offering and subscriptions process including capacity and fee negotiation.
  • Working in partnership with the investment manager’s operations and control functions, maintenance of relationships with Palmer-introduced investors throughout the life of the fund.
  • Expertise in raising both traditional and permanent fund capital through listed structures on AIM, Euronext and LSE.
  • Palmer aims to be involved from pre-inception and to coordinate overall marketing and client support efforts on an on-going basis through the life of the fund; also able to work with funds at all stages of their lifecycle and assist with specific one-off fund raising mandates.
