Oakley Capital wins PE Hub’s Mid-Cap Europe Deal of the Year Award for the sale of vLex to Clio

We are pleased to share that Oakley Capital has won Deal of the Year award in the Mid-Cap Europe category for vLex at PE Hub’s 2026 awards. 

Oakley sold vLex to Clio in 2025 at a US$1 billion valuation, making vLex one of the few Spanish technology start-ups to achieve unicorn status. 

PE Hub spoke to Oakley Capital Partner Valero Domingo and Investment Director Amit Joshi on the deal.
