Partnership and collaboration are cornerstones of Oakley’s culture. We apply these same values to our philanthropy programme, which dates back to the firm’s inception two decades ago. Our strategy focuses on supporting charities that align with our core values. We contribute through corporate donations, fundraising, match-funding for employee initiatives and volunteering.
