Our investment 

In 2017, Oakley acquired the assets and operations of Swiss-based Plesk as a carveout from the Parallels Group, followed in 2018 by the acquisitions of virtual server management system provider SolusVM and cPanel, the market-leading web-hosting provider in North America.
