Aaron joined Oakley in 2020 and is responsible for the group’s operations in particular legal and regulatory, compliance, risk, tax and fund operations.
Prior to joining Oakley, Aaron worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, advising the Oakley Capital group along with a number of blue chip private equity firms on fundraising and fund-advisory work. Aaron started his career in the private funds team at SJ Berwin where he qualified as a solicitor
Aaron holds a History degree from King’s College London and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
