Aled joined Oakley Capital in 2025 and has over 15 years of experience in portfolio staffing, executive search, and value creation. At Oakley, he is responsible for leading portfolio staffing strategy, supporting management teams with senior hiring, succession planning, and building high-performing leadership teams across portfolio companies. He works closely with portfolio companies to strengthen organisational capability and drive long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Oakley, Aled held senior roles within leading private equity-focused boutique search firms, advising investors and management teams on executive appointments, leadership build-outs, and the development of high-impact transformation teams across a range of sectors and geographies.
