Antonia Bosch joined Oakley in 2025 as a Sustainability Associate, focusing on supporting portfolio companies’ and Oakley’s internal climate strategies. She conducts climate risk assessments at both fund and portfolio company level, helping to enhance resilience, protect value and support long-term value creation across investments. Working closely with investment and portfolio teams and portfolio companies, Antonia contributes to embedding sustainability considerations into value creation plans and strategic business planning.
Prior to joining Oakley, Antonia worked in Sustainability Strategy at Accenture, where she advised financial institutions and NGOs on Net Zero strategy development, carbon reduction target setting and implementation. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), with a focus on Finance & Accounting and Informatics.
