Florian joined Oakley in 2025 and has over 15 years of private equity investment and finance experience. He leads on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Business Services sector.
Prior to joining Oakley, Florian was a Partner and founding member of KLAR Partners. He previously worked at Triton Partners and Rothschild.
Florian holds a degree in Corporate Management and Economics from Zeppelin University, where he completed an award-winning research thesis on private equity investments in Germany.
