Girish joined Oakley in 2025 and leads the tax function, advising on cross-border structuring, financing and tax matters across the deal life cycle, as well as fund and house-related matters.
Prior to joining Oakley, Girish worked at EY and PwC, advising a broad range of private equity firms, multinationals and institutional investors on tax matters relating to their transactions and investments.
Girish holds a Master of Laws from the University of Kent and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS). He was also called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Inner Temple.
