Giuliana joined Oakley in 2023 and focuses primarily on the integration of ESG factors in the firm’s investment process.
Prior to joining Oakley, Giuliana worked at lower mid-market private equity house Horizon Capital where she was responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s ESG strategy, alongside originating off-market deals. She started her career at Third Bridge, a primary research provider to private equity funds.
Giuliana holds a first-class degree in International Management (China) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).
