Javier joined Oakley in 2026 and has c.10 years of private equity experience. Javier focuses on deal origination, execution and portfolio management, primarily in the Business Services sector as well as regional coverage for Iberia.
Prior to joining Oakley, Javier spent over six years at Permira, working across both the London and Madrid offices. Previously, he worked at Kinnevik, having begun his career as a management consultant at BCG.
Javier holds a MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London
