Jonathan joined Oakley in 2023 as Head of Origination with over 14 years of experience in private equity, corporate development and investment banking. Jonathan leads the dedicated origination team focused on developing Oakley’s sourcing strategy, ensuring we meet and build relationships with the best businesses, founders and advisors across Europe within the firm’s priority sectors.
Prior to joining Oakley Capital, Jonathan established and led the origination units at Eurazeo’s Mid-Large Buyout global strategy and Duke Street Private Equity. He started his career in M&A at BNP Paribas Investment Bank, focusing on European mid-market transactions in Consumer, Technology and Financial Services.
Jonathan holds an MSc (Hons) in Corporate Strategy, an MA (Hons) in Financial Economics, as well as a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from University College Cork, Ireland.
