Kerry joined Oakley in 2026 with over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Kerry's focus is to build and execute the People strategy across Oakley.
Prior to joining Oakley, Kerry was Chief People Officer at Hg Capital and prior to that time, was Head of Executive Talent at HSBC.
Kerry is a qualified Executive Coach. She holds an BSc in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
