Lauren joined Oakley in 2024 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Lauren spent 4 years at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in London, focusing on business services and healthcare investments across Europe. Previously, Lauren worked at UBS Investment Bank in the Consumer Products & Retail M&A team.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
