Lita joined Oakley in 2025 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Lita worked as an Investment Professional at GREENPEAK Partners in Munich, focusing on buy-and-build investments in the business services and healthcare sectors across the DACH region. She also gained experience in Private Equity at Egeria and in M&A advisory at Deloitte.
Lita holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Accounting from LMU – Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
