Marc joined Oakley in 2025 and is focused on investing in luxury, heritage brands as part of the Iconic BrandCo strategy, including deal origination and execution, and portfolio management.
Before joining Oakley, Marc worked at Peel Hunt, where he specialised on public company M&A. Prior to this, he spent 9 years at Houlihan Lokey and Oakley Advisory, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on public and private company transactions in the tech space. He also completed a two-year secondment to the Takeover Panel, and started his career as a chartered accountant, working in Deloitte’s transaction services and reorganisation services teams.
Marc holds a first-class BA(Hons) Degree in History with French from the University of Bristol.
