Max joined Oakley in 2020 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Education sector. During his time at Oakley, he has worked on a number of investments including K12 Education, Bright Stars and Ocean Technologies Group.
Prior to joining, Max worked at Oakley’s former portfolio company Inspired Education Group, working on acquisitions and business development. Previously, Max worked at Lazard in London, where he advised on M&A transactions in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure sectors in Europe.
Max holds an MA in Russian and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
