Mikhail joined Oakley in 2026 and is responsible for the data and AI infrastructure supporting Oakley's origination engine, from the firm's CRM and deal pipeline through to insight generation across its priority sectors. Additionally, he supports AI adoption initiatives both within the origination team and across the broader organisation.
Prior to joining Oakley, Mikhail spent three years at Intapp, the technology provider behind the DealCloud platform, where he worked with a broad range of private capital firms, predominantly in the upper mid-market, advising on CRM optimisation and data architecture across the full breadth of the investment lifecycle.
