Pierre-Henri (PH) joined Oakley in 2025 and has over 15 years of private equity and finance experience. Pierre- Henri focuses on deal origination, execution and portfolio management primarily in the Technology and Business Services sector as well as French-speaking coverage. During his time at Oakley, he has worked on a number of investments including Brevo.
Prior to joining Oakley, Pierre-Henri (PH) worked at EQT Partners as a Director in the Private Equity team where he focused on tech & services sector (including the take private of Believe). Previously, Pierre-Henri spent ten years at Bain Capital in London. Earlier in his career, he worked at Rothschild & Cie in Paris.
Pierre-Henri (PH) holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris (Grande École), a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics from ENSAE ParisTech, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
