Rachelle joined Oakley in 2023 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Rachelle worked at Warburg Pincus, where she focused on technology and software investments across Europe. Before that Rachelle was at Lazard, working across the Healthcare, and Retail Consumer & Leisure M&A teams.
Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, US, and a Masters in Financial Analysis from London Business School, UK.
