Sara joined Oakley in 2026 and is responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters for the Group.
Prior to joining Oakley, Sara was Chief of Regulatory and Compliance for Tikehau Capital responsible for regulatory compliance in the UK, Americas, Middle East and Asia. Previously, Sara worked at Blackstone and Tetragon, amongst others, where she focused on European regulatory matters, and Promontory Financial Group, a financial regulatory consultancy, where she worked on cross-border issues facing global financial institutions including banks, central banks and investment managers.
Sara graduated from Brown University with honors and holds an MSc in Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics.
