Soufiane joined Oakley in 2025 and has more than 10 years of private equity investment and finance experience. Soufiane focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Technology sector. During his time at Oakley he led the investment in Groupe Senef and was involved in the investment in Affinitas.
Prior to joining Oakley, Soufiane worked at Hg where he focused on investing in software companies across Europe and North America. He was involved with Hg’s investment in Norstella, Blinqx, Nomadia, CINC Systems, CUBE and the combination of ProcessMap with Ideagen. Soufiane started his career at BofA Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking division in London and Dubai.
Soufiane holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Neoma Business School in Rouen, France. He attended Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles at Lycée Pierre de Fermat in Toulouse, France. He speaks English, French and Arabic.
