Zoe joined Oakley in 2021 and over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Zoe is a member of Oakley’s Portfolio Talent Team.
Prior to joining Oakley, Zoe was HR Director at Cinven. During her nearly 10-year career at Cinven, she was responsible for determining and delivering the HR strategy across all global locations. Prior to joining Cinven, Zoe was an HR generalist at Merrill Lynch in London and Geneva.
Zoe is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She holds an MA (Hons) in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in French and Management from Leeds University.
