Zuzanna joined Oakley in 2025 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Zuzanna worked at AEA Investors, where she focused on business services and industrials investments in Europe. She started her career at L.E.K. Consulting in London.
Zuzanna holds a BA (Hons) in European Social and Political Studies from UCL and a MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge.
