In 2024, Oakley consolidated the foundations of its sustainability programme and began planning for the next phase of delivery. In 2025, we built on that platform by strengthening how we prioritise, support and track portfolio initiatives focusing on the sustainability topics most material to our business and investments, and supporting management teams on both value protection and value creation.
Building on the structures established in previous years, we strengthened our work across climate, cybersecurity, supply chain and artificial intelligence, focusing on the areas most material to our business and portfolio, and on translating engagement into practical results for the companies we back.
