We're hiring!

We invite you to apply for the Oakley Capital 2027 MBA Internship programme. Gain valuable industry experience and learning opportunities, the first step in your new career in private equity.

About Oakley

Peter Dubens founded Oakley in 2002 to be the partner of choice for ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams. Today, we are a leading, pan-European investor based in London, Munich, Milan and Madrid with c.€17bn AuM. We invest in exceptional businesses across the Technology, Education, Consumer and Business Services sectors. We believe that diverse teams can produce better results for all our stakeholders, and we’re proud of the inclusive, collaborative and open culture we have created at Oakley.

About you

You’re a hard-working, ambitious MBA student that has recently graduated or is due to graduate in the next two years. You ideally have prior work experience in investment banking (M&A or Sector Team), consulting or private equity. You’re a team player, with great analytical and communication skills. You’re ready to work independently and take initiative, but you’re not afraid to ask questions. You have excellent English skills (additional European languages are a plus).

About the role

As an intern, you will support the investment team in all aspects of their work. You will support deal origination by helping us to identify new investment opportunities and analyse promising new markets. You’ll work on exciting transactions, and will have the chance to present your findings to the investment team. Your work will include analysis of company financials, markets, competition and strategy, assisting with due diligence, and preparing financial models.

How to apply

To apply, please complete the linked application form. You’ll be asked to upload your CV and provide a short explanation of why you’re interested in Oakley and the role, as well as your suitability based on the criteria outlined on our website.

Following either in-person or remote video interviews, successful applicants will be invited to take up their internship in London or Milan (depending on your preference), with flexibility around start date and duration to accommodate your timetable. Please note, applicants should be eligible  to work in the location of their chosen internship. Eligibility is subject to local visa and right-to-work requirements.

Applications close on 20 November. Please note that applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is highly encouraged.

Hear from Fatima Daif on her experience during her time on our internship programme.
