Thanks to the continued support of existing investors and 54 new investors Oakley raised €4.5bn for Fund VI, hitting its hard cap six months after the fundraise was launched in September 2024. 

Fund VI represents an increase of 58% on Fund V and benefitted from strong backing from existing investors across the Oakley platform with a re-up rate of c.100%. The Fund also welcomed €2.2 billion of new institutional capital from across the globe. Many thanks to all our investors for their support!

Miles in March Fundraising Challenge
International Women’s Day

For the third year running #TeamOakley took on the Miles in March Fundraising Challenge, aiming  to run, cycle, walk and ski a combined 22,500km. The team beat the target, raising money for Impetus, a charity set up by the PE industry to support charities that improve the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and Doctors Without Borders which provides humanitarian medical care in conflict zones.

Many thanks to Helen Pattinson, CEO of War Child, an Oakley partner charity, for joining our industry networking event to lead a panel discussion on the important work War Child are doing to support and protect women and girls in war zones across the world.

Boosting gender diversity and inclusion across the PE industry is an important goal for Oakley. We also hosted a series of events across the Firm including Spring drinks, team breakfasts and tuning into the BVCA’s webinar panel with Oakley Partner and Level 20 chair, Rebecca Gibson on the UK’s latest Diversity report.
