vLex wins Deal of the Year awards

vLex wins Deal of the Year awards from SpainCap (Best Mid-Market Transaction), ACG Spain (Large Cap), PE Hub (Mid-Cap Europe) and Real Deals (Southern European Deal of the Year). The business was sold to Clio in 2025 at a $1 billion valuation, making it one of the few Spanish technology start-ups to achieve unicorn status.

Oakley Capital Fund VI wins Fundraise of the Year in EMEA

Oakley wins Fundraise of the Year in EMEA for Oakley Capital Fund VI at the Private Equity International Awards 2025. Fund VI closed at its €4.5 billion hard cap in March 2025, six months after launch. The fund was oversubscribed within three months, achieved a re-up rate of c.100%, and raised €2.2 billion of new institutional capital from investors globally. Thank you to all our investors for your continued trust and partnership.

Oakley completes its fourth Miles in March challenge
The Oakley Team volunteers with Soup Kitchen London

Oakley completes its fourth Miles in March challenge, raising funds for World Cancer Research Fund and War Child. The team surpassed their 25,000km target, collectively clocking up 28,403km in a month by running, cycling, walking, swimming and even skiing towards their shared goal.

The Oakley team recently volunteered over several days with Soup Kitchen London, supporting vulnerable people across the city. The charity provides nutritious meals, mental health support and clothing to some of the estimated 12,000 rough sleepers in London. The team prepared and served breakfast and lunch for around 540 guests at the charity’s Whitfield Street centre.
