Laura joined Oakley in January 2023 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Laura worked in transaction advisory at the digital consultancy OMMAX, mainly focusing on digital, commercial and tech (vendor) due diligences as well as on value creation and (exit) strategy projects. In addition to that, Laura gained experience in marketing and change management.
Laura holds a Masters in Management with distinction from IE Business School in Madrid and did her Bachelor in Media Management in Munich and Sydney.
