Mike joined Oakley in 2018 and has over 6 years of private equity investment and finance experience. Mike focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Business Services sector. During his time at Oakley, he has worked on a number of investments including Steer Automotive Group, Phenna Group and Schülerhilfe.
Prior to joining Oakley, Mike worked at Bain & Company, working on corporate strategy and re-organisation projects across a range of industries, as well as multiple commercial due-diligence projects as part of the private equity practice. Previously, Mike worked at Slaughter and May.
Mike is a qualified solicitor and holds a BA (Hons) in International History from the London School of Economics.
