Lorenzo joined Oakley in 2022 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Oakley, Lorenzo worked at Fincantieri, Europe largest shipyard, focusing on the group strategic M&A across the Infrastructure, Technology and Defence sectors. Previously, Lorenzo worked at Jefferies in the M&A Italian coverage team focusing on Consumer Technology and Healthcare deals.
Lorenzo holds a MSc in International Management (summa cum laude) and a BSc in Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, and a MSc in Corporate Finance (first class honours, double degree) from CASS Business School in London.
