Ralf joined Oakley in 2017 and has over 20 years of private equity investment and finance experience. He leads on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Technology and Consumer sectors. During his time at Oakley, he has worked on a number of investments including ProductLife Group, vitroconnect, IU Group, Seedtag, Gymondo and Wishcard Technologies Group. Ralf also leads the Munich office.
Prior to joining Oakley, Ralf served as a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of DAX-listed ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and was directly responsible for the Company’s strategic acquisitions. Previously, he held senior positions at Bertelsmann, RTL Group, and was founder and CEO of an online education start-up.
Ralf holds a PhD in Finance (summa cum laude) from University of Bochum and a Master in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from University of Cologne.
